Let's Work Together and Stop AAPI Hate（Chinese and Korean Avaliable）

In the past year, there has been an increase by over 150% of hate crimes and attacks on Asians and Asian Americans in the United States. All of us at Hi Neighbor are deeply saddened by these statistics, the countless stories, and our own personal connections to this tragedy as attacks on our own loved ones and ourselves have been more apparent than ever. We stand in solidarity with the entire AAPI community and want every person in our network and in Flushing to feel safe, respected, and cared for at all times. We have dedicated this post to highlight a few resources that are available both as educational tools, a non-exhaustive list of resources, and information on organizations that are accepting donations to try and implement change surrounding these crimes. Below are a few links that organizations have put together. Together, we can work to Stop AAPI Hate, continue to uplift our local community by supporting Asian-owned and operated businesses and continue to check in on loved ones. We are here to support you, even if only virtually for now, and hope to see you all in person very soon.
